Our History Forsyth Radiological Associates is a privately-owned physician group that was founded in 1968 by Drs. Robert Green, Juan Santos and Claude Smith. Our first billing office was located at 652 Medical Park Complex, Winston-Salem, NC in Forsyth County. On July 4, 1972, we opened Medical Park x-ray as our first outpatient office. Hawthorne Imaging Center opened next in December of 1984. Then on May 15, 1990, in order to respond to the community's growing needs, we opened Central Triad Imaging Center on 280-F Broad Street in Kernersville. On April 1, 1996, our company was pleased to have the opportunity to merge with the practice of Drs. John Faris, Lee Ann Naylor and Joseph Contento. This added two additional outpatient facilities to our group: the Lyndhurst office and the Highland Oaks x-ray office. In order to consolidate services, in late 1996 several offices were closed, including Hawthorne Imaging and the Lyndhurst office. Meanwhile the Medical Park x-ray office was expanded and was now operating under the name of Maplewood Imaging Center. Our newest site, Greystone Imaging Center, located at 2025 Frontis Plaza Boulevard, Suite 123, in Winston-Salem, opened July 20, 1998. Listing of our Sites
