Scheduling Your
Appointment |
All non-emergency exams require a scheduled appointment, except X-rays.
However, diagnostic x-rays must still be ordered by your physician. Your physician's office staff will help you
to schedule your appointment. If you are getting a mammogram or an osteoporosis screening with heel ultrasound,
you may schedule your own appointment directly with us.
Keeping Your Appointment
It is extremely important for you to keep your scheduled appointment. If an emergency prevents you from keeping
it, please call our office prior to your scheduled appointment time, to cancel or reschedule. This simple step
will prevent unnecessary delays for all of our patients.
Preparing for Your Exam
Some of our services require preparation prior to your exam. Please be sure to find out what you need to do to
prepare for your appointment. Also, please plan to arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment to
allow yourself time to complete the necessary paperwork and preparation. |
